I joined the BMA of Arkansas State Missions staff in 2013 as Administrative Assistant to the Director. My duties include both secretarial and accounting of which I have over forty years experience. By far this is the most inspiring and encouraging group of people I have ever worked with, and I am truly grateful for everyone in my life who led me to the position of Administrative Assistant of the Executive Director of BMA of Ark State Missions. I’m a member of Oak Park Baptist Church in Little Rock and I have one daughter who is now grown with a husband of her own. I am a veteran of the US Navy (Aviation) where I kept aircraft logbooks updated and scheduled aircraft for inspections. My ongoing dream of traveling began in elementary school with a love for reading which led to listening to books on tape while I drive! I also listen to a variety of music from gospel, blues, and oldies rock. Yes, Elvis was a favorite and I have several of his gospel recordings. My hope in Christ assures me that while I miss my mom, dad, husband, and one of my four brothers, I know I will see them again in heaven! Looking back, I can see where God used people to make me a better person, and how He used me to help others. What an awesome God we serve!!
